How to organise your event
To help you run a successful night, here is some basic information and some of the frequently asked questions about casino night organisation

Q) How does a casino night work?
A) A casino night will try and give your guests the most authentic casino experience as possible. Your guests use fun money to buy casino chips from the croupiers at the tables. They then use the chips to play the games.
Q) What games are available?
A) All of the games are presented on full size casino tables with all of the hardware required to play the game. All of the main casino games are available:
Blackjack: Card games similar to pontoons
Roulette: Predict the result of the spinning ball on a wheel
Poker: Caribbean Stud Poker (5 Card)
Craps: Dice game; predict the roll of two dice
Q) How many tables will I need?
A) One roulette table will serve around 50 people, a blackjack, poker or craps table will serve 30 people. Usually a casino night with consist of a minimum of two tables to give your guests a choice.
Q) Are the rules to the games different from a real casino?
A) No, all of the games are played according to standard casino rules.
Q) Are the croupiers supplied?
A) Yes, the price includes a professional croupier who will run the tables for the duration of the event.
Q) What other entertainment could be organised?
A) The casino night could be organised as part of a themed evening such as James Bond or a gambling/Vegas evening. A James Bond evening may involve the guests in fancy dress such as tuxedos or bond ‘baddies’. A gambling evening could be run in conjunction with a race night to maximise the fund raising. A brat pack band or disco could be the finale for your evening.
Q) What will I have to do on the evening?
A) If you have a casino manager there will nothing for you to do on the evening. The casino manager will run your entire event and will and at the end of the event will inform you of the winners.
Q) What will I have to do before the event?
A) The main job to be done is organise the prize(s) for the winning guest(s).
For a fund raising event the publicity is very important as the size of your crowd will determine the how much funds will be raised.
Q) How much space will the casino require?
A) The casino tables supplied are full size casino tables the roulette is approx 8ft by 3ft, the craps table is 6ft by 4ft the poker and blackjack tables are 5ft by 3ft. The blackjack and poker tables require 8 seats per table (not supplied).
